Someone left the tv on very loud. The room smelled very bad and was not at all sanitary. It was disgusting to be completely honest. It was nothing like the pictures. It is situated right next to melrose arch.
I don't understand why. After seeing the room we left and drove to road lodge, a very pleasant hotel. I would never book into the chez. It was the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. No elevator, no air conditioning, road noise is terrible, carpets is dirty and smelly. I made a booking via hotels. I can go on for days. I felt so unsafe there, that I took my stuff after 30 minutes and left late afternoon to look for alternative accommodation - also lost my money, but I just felt that my safety is more important than anything else at that stage.
